Terms and conditions
- Confirmation of booking will be sent via Royal Mail or e-mail within 10 days of receipt of deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of £30 will be payable for each room booked
- Payment of the deposit can be by cheque, debit or credit card. Please note that a 2% handling charge is payable with credit card payments. There is no charge for debit cards
- Stays cancelled within 7 days prior to start will incur a charge of 50% of the total cost
- Minimum age 14 years charged at full rate
- We reserve the right to amend the tariff at any time
- No reduction is made for curtailment of stay
- Check-in between 12 noon and 10pm on day of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement)
- Rooms must be vacated by 11am on day of departure
- Vehicles parked in the hotel car park are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk
- The proprietors do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles, or their contents, whilst parked in the hotel car park
- We are a strictly non-smoking hotel
